Lee has been with 3-1-5 since its doors opened in May 2013 and is an X-Force Master Trainer specialising in negative training.
Lee Personal Trains as well as managing the Fitness team and running the results driven X-Force Small Group Training Academy, including regular 8-week body transformation challenges for both members and the community.
By utilising the revolutionary X-Force Machines and his 13 years of experience in the industry, Lee helps people reach their physical potential and change their lives for the better.

Ben is a level 3 personal trainer with a background in college level sport and progressive education of the fitness industry. He believes knowledge of human performance is necessary for all aspects of training, whether for a lifestyle change or for athletic performance. Ben loves to train individuals that are at the start of their training journey, whether returning to fitness or beginning today.

Johnny is an experienced Personal Trainer with a background in fitness, health club management, and group exercise.

A mantra Johnny lives by, leaving behind a career in commercial Health Club Management to pursue his passion of delivering one-to-one and group coaching whilst gaining further education and knowledge in the field from industry leading experts.

I take a 360 approach, meaning I work to optimise health, nutrition and mental wellbeing in my coaching and body-transformation clients, and then train the body with a variety of precise and progressive, strength training and weight loss principles to achieve results beyond what individuals have ever seen before'.
